Orders not including Eden Bridals gowns –
All prices include GST. For orders other than Eden Bridals gowns, please allow 4- 6 weeks for your order to arrive. However most orders are sent within two working days subject to availability of items.
Orders of Eden Bridals gowns –
We are proud to be an Authorised Retailer for Eden Bridals (a USA designer bridal label) and order directly from Eden Bridals in the sizes you request. Eden Bridals then make the gowns in the sizes and colour combinations you have selected. The gowns you receive are brand new, of exceptional quality and have never been tried on or displayed. You can order a genuine USA Eden Bridals designer label gown for less from Kirra’s Secret. You have the comfort of knowing that you are dealing directly with an actual Australian bridal boutique with a shop physically located in Hobart. We do not sell cheap copies of Eden Bridals designer dresses – all our Eden Bridal collection gowns are authentic and made by Eden Bridals.
The size charts and fabric and colour samples are available on the Eden Bridals website www.edenbridals.com . Returns are available for misdescribed or faulty items but not for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Gowns have generous seam allowances and can be let out or taken in a size as required for a perfect fit. Most people are not standard size so alterations may be required after you receive your gown for the perfect fit. The cost of alterations is not included in the online price.
Delivery times vary depending on the item ordered, for example –
- ‘in-stock’ Eden Bridals bridesmaid program gowns – generally 1-3 weeks
- Eden Bridals bridesmaid gown (other than in-stock bridesmaid program gowns) – generally 6 – 14 weeks
- Eden Bridals bridals gowns – generally 8-16 weeks
- Eden Bridals ‘princess’ gowns (ie, flowergirl dresses) – generally 8 – 14 weeks
from the time you order is placed.
